I Wish You a Merry Christmas

Christmas has officially exploded at our house. The tree went up last night and it got decorated faster than any other tree in history. We didn't even have to do a re-do when we put it in the stand! Tommy's been really impatient (but incredibly patient for a four-year-old) to get the decorations up around the house and so now we're mostly done.

Tommy sat on Santa's lap for the first time this year. He's been absolutely terrified until now and this time he came armed... with a Pottery Barn Kids catalog. Yes, we have the kid who brings a catalog to show Santa exactly what he wants. A Pottery Barn catalog, nonetheless. Here is what he asked for:




And the grand total for the two sets? A measley $850. That's what we get for letting him look at a Pottery Barn catalog. Lesson learned.
