This weekend we got to spend some quality fun-filled family time together. One of Dean's favorite ways to unwind is to watch a baseball game and so we are the proud season ticket holders to FSU Baseball. Because a large number of the players attend The Well (including Coach Shouppe), we do get some perks. One of those perks is that we got to sit in Coach Shouppe's office for Saturday night's game, which is right next to the press box and watch the game from there. Tommy thoroughly enjoyed himself.
The next day, we went to the Sunday afternoon game and sat with our friends, the Simmons'. Tommy was a little disappointed that we had to sit with the "normal people" in the bleachers, but he got over it pretty quickly when he started playing with Karsyn. On our way back to our car, we cut through Doak Campbell Stadium and sure enough, the field was open. So of course Tommy ran out onto the field through the tunnel and got to pretend to play football in front of roughly 83,000 fans. However, as we were walking off, he said "Mommy, what do I feel?" which is code for "I'm about to wet my pants in about .03 seconds". We quickly helped him pull his pants down and he proceeded to urinate just off the field. Sorry, groundskeepers.
